Pain shouldn't be so fun

So I went and played volleyball last night at the church. Church ball you say, no big deal, WRONG, these ladies were serious volleyball players from college and leagues. I haven't played organized volleyball since high school. I had a blast but I haven't used those muscles in years. Luckly I held my own but today I am playing a great price, I have bruises all over my arms, my legs are killin, and I have a softball size bruise on my knee. I haven't hurt this bad in years, its like reliving the first day of volleyball camp but I'm ten years older. So much fun but Soooooooo much pain.
