Brian had a rare week off and so we tried to cram as much in to one week as possible. First on the list was the Hogle Zoo. Since the zoo has had so many new babies come this year we went to enjoy the babies and as part of Kate's birthday. The baby elephant was so so very cute I could have stood there all day and watched it, it was so little compared to its mother. Tyler said his favorite part of the elephants was watching the mom elephant drop a few "gifts" on the ground. (He's such a boy its gross). Zane loved the baby giraffe and the fact that you can get so close to its head by climbing to the second story. We went to the zoo with Derek and his family and had a great time. It was a short trip but nice to get away and do something fun and different. Plus it was conference weekend and nice to hear the prophets and spend time together.
